Policies upon booking*

Arrival: Your appointment time is your start time for your massage so please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes early to check in, catch up and use the bathroom if needed. New clients should arrive up to 10 minutes early to fill out their intake form.

Cancellations: Please allow at least 24 hour notice of cancellation or change to appointment time.

No call/no shows: Are expected to pay 50% of missed appointment cost and will be invoiced.

Safety: Upholding a safe environment for my clients is my highest priority and I expect the same safety in return. In the rare event that a client implies or acts in any way that may sexualize the massage or make me uncomfortable- the session will be immediately terminated. The client will be responsible for the full amount of the session and will NOT be welcome again in the future. No exceptions.

Payment and tipping: I accept all major credit cards, cash and HSA. Tips are not required with my pricing structure!
